WESEONG PRIVACY
WeSeong (weseong.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operates Webhook, DNS logs, and an encoding tool. This policy sets out the collection, use, storage, deletion, access control, and user request processing standards for personal information used in the operation of the service.
1. Information processed and purposes
The site operator processes the following information to the extent necessary for the provision of functions, the segregation of data by user, security, fault response, and improvement of service quality:
- General connection information: IP address, request time and path, errors, and security events
- Account usage information: User name, login method and status, sessions, and security events
- Webhook request information: The request details listed in the "Webhook and DNS Logs" section below
- Configuration information: Selected site language and anonymous Webhook management session
2. Webhook and DNS logs
Collection items
When a request arrives at the Webhook URL, the following information can be stored: request time, IP address and port, request ID, HTTP method, request path, protocol, headers, body, query and form parameters, Webhook token, and anonymous session identifier.
When using the DNS feature, the following information can be stored: request time, query name and type, DNS header, client IP and port, query ID, ECS-related information, DNS token, and anonymous session identifier.
When storing new Webhook logs, the Authorization, Cookie, Proxy-Authorization, and Telegram secret token headers are excluded from the storage destination. Values contained in the request body or parameters may be recorded as received, and the site does not collect personal information or authentication information such as passwords, authentication keys, and social security numbers that are not necessary for providing functionality. The same retention and deletion criteria apply to logs that contain such values.
Use and Access
The logs display the results of requests received to users, provide Webhook and DNS functionality, and are used for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Regular visitors can view and delete logs associated with their anonymous management sessions, while site administrators have access to the logs for service operations and security purposes.
Storage and deletion
- Webhook and DNS request logs are retained for 30 days from the time they are received and then automatically deleted through a cleanup process. Hidden logs on the screen are subject to the same retention policy.
- The site provides both single and multiple deletion capabilities on the Webhook logs page, and users can delete their own logs up to 30 days in advance.
- Anonymous Webhook permissions are maintained for 7 days after the last use, and can be renewed upon reuse.
4. Provision of information and outsourcing of processing
The site operator does not provide or sell personal information to third parties unless it is based on law or with the user's consent. Only when necessary for the provision of services, the hosting, database, and security operation service providers are allowed to process information within their scope of work, and the operator manages the scope of processing and protection measures.
5. User requests and inquiries
Inquiries regarding viewing, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent for personal information should be submitted to the dedicated address for personal information. The site operator will verify the identity of the requester and the applicable laws, and respond to the results of the processing.

6. Change of policy
If the manner of service processing or legal requirements change, we will revise this policy to reflect the actual operating standards. Significant changes will be announced on the site prior to implementation, and the revised policy will indicate the effective date so that the date of application can be identified.
